How do I restore my purchase?

How do I change my notification style?

Go to Settings in the app and toggle between Discreet and Explicit notification styles.

Is my data private?

Yes! All your data stays on your device. We don't collect, store, or share any of your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I use Nymia offline?

Yes! Nymia works completely offline. You don't need an internet connection to use any of its features.

How do I delete my data?

Simply delete the app from your device. All your data is stored locally, so deleting the app will permanently remove all your information.

What if I forget to start a timer?

Don't worry! You can start a timer anytime. If you remember later, just tap "Cancel / Mistake" and start a new timer with the correct time.

Why do I see a night warning for tampons?

Tampons are recommended for up to 6 hours. If you're starting a timer at night, we gently remind you that other protection methods might be more suitable for overnight wear. You can still choose to continue with a tampon if you prefer.

How long is the free trial?

Nymia offers a 14-day free trial. After that, you can unlock lifetime access with a one-time purchase—no subscription needed.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
